How can I place an order?

Go to our “products” page, choose the item you would like to order then click “add to cart”. Then, you will just have to fill in your payment details along with your address and you’re done!


What is a pre-order?

A pre-order is a product that is currently not available for immediate shipping.


Why was I charged immediately for the pre-order?

We charge at time of purchase in order to prevent any “surprise" charges once your order ships.


Where can I apply the discount code?

After you’ve added the item to the cart, you will have to check out. On the “checkout” page, on the right side of the screen, you will find a big box that says “discount”. Paste your discount count there then click “apply”.


Why didn’t I get free shipping?

We only offer free U.S. shipping for orders above $100.


How can I check the status of my order?

How can I change my shipping address?

Simply email your order number, full name and new address to info (at) exinoz (dot) com


How long does domestic shipping take?

For USPS standard shipping, domestic orders can take 5-10 business days (Monday-Saturday).

If you selected another shipping option (i.e. USPS Priority), shipping times can vary.


How long is the warranty?

We offer a one year replacement guarantee for all of our products.


What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all of our products.


How do I return/exchange the product?

Where are you based?

We are based in the US, UK, Australia, Cyprus and Japan. For orders to the Middle East, products are dispatched from the UK and Cyprus. For orders to the Americas, products are dispatched from the US.
